Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the VisionNxt platform. By creating an account or accessing any VisionNxt service, you agree to them. Enterprise customers may sign a separate MSA that supersedes these terms.
1. Service
VisionNxt provides an AI video analytics platform. You're responsible for the cameras, networks, and signage at your sites and for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Accounts
Keep credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
No surveillance of locations where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy without consent. No targeting on the basis of protected characteristics. No use for unlawful tracking, harassment, or discrimination.
4. Data ownership
Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. See our Privacy policy.
5. Fees
Billed per camera per month. Annual commitments available. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Warranties & liability
The platform is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionNxt's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days written notice. We may suspend service immediately for security or unlawful-use concerns.
