How is pricing structured?+
Per active camera, billed monthly or annually. All modules and analytics features are included - you toggle what you use per camera. No surprise overages.
Do I need to replace my cameras?+
No. Any ONVIF / RTSP / H.264 camera works. VisionNxt runs alongside your existing NVR or via our managed edge appliance.
Where does inference happen?+
On the edge by default - frames are processed on-site and only events leave your network. Cloud-only inference is available for opt-in workloads.
What about data privacy?+
On-device face and plate redaction is configurable per camera. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-aligned. Data residency available on Enterprise.
Can I integrate with our existing stack?+
Yes - REST, GraphQL, webhooks, Slack, Teams, email, BigQuery, Snowflake, plus a streaming events endpoint for SIEM and BI.
