VisionNxt is built for organizations that take privacy seriously. This page summarizes the controls and commitments that govern how your data, your cameras, and the people they see are handled.
Data we collect
Account information you provide (email, organization, role), telemetry from your VisionNxt deployments (event metadata, system health), and frames or video clips you explicitly upload to the platform for analysis or demo.
Data we do not collect
We do not pull continuous video from your cameras. Edge inference runs on your hardware; only structured events (and optional event snapshots) reach the cloud. Faces and license plates can be redacted on-device before any frame leaves your network.
How we use it
To deliver the platform, route alerts, generate dashboards and exports, troubleshoot issues, and improve detection quality with explicit opt-in.
Retention
Event metadata is retained per your plan (default 30 days). Event snapshots are retained per your organization's policy. You can purge any record at any time.
Subprocessors
We use industry-standard infrastructure providers under signed DPAs. The full list is available on request.
Your rights
Access, export, correct, or delete your data. For end-user (data-subject) requests routed through your deployment, we operate as a processor and follow your instructions.
